By accessing or using the nullBRICK website and services, you enter into a binding legal agreement with us. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must exit the digital space immediately. Your continued use constitutes absolute acceptance of these rules and any future modifications.

nullBRICK provides high-end digital architecture, web development, and AI solutions. We build 'bricks'—custom code modules—tailored to your specifications. We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity that does not align with our architectural standards or ethical guidelines.

Unless explicitly transferred via a separate written agreement, nullBRICK retains full ownership of all underlying code, design patterns, and proprietary 'bricks' used in your project. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final product. Reverse engineering, reselling, or claiming our craft as your own is strictly prohibited.

All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. We do not write a single line of code without a deposit. Failure to pay on time will result in an immediate halt to construction and potential dismantling of digital assets. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Third-party costs (including but not limited to hosting, domain registration, and API usage fees) are separate and are the sole responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure. Attempting to bypass our security features, inject malicious code, or 'fuck with' our systems will result in immediate termination and legal action.

The digital world is unpredictable. nullBRICK provides services 'as-is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or third-party API failures.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nullBRICK, its architects, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. If the client chooses to terminate the project at any stage, no refunds will be issued for work already commenced or deposits paid. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our primary operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Website shall be instituted in a competent court chosen by nullBRICK.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
